About Me

SHOW UP

I’ve spent my entire life serving - my community, my state, and this nation. If it was bleeding, broken, frozen, on fire, under water, being swept away, or being blown away - I was there.

Leadership is not a title. Leadership is a decision to protect people, and be there when it counts, especially when it counts. To lead is to show up show up - not when it's convenient - but when your community needs you most.

That’s the type of leadership I will take to Washington.

DO THE WORK

As an Air Force veteran, a former drill sergeant, a first responder, I don’t show up after the disaster in a suit and looking for the podium and the cameras, I show up during the disaster wearing my work clothes, with my sleeves rolled up, and I look for places where I can jump in and help. That’s what I have always done, and what I will always do.

That’s the kind of leadership that Texans expect, and the kind of leadership that you deserve.

BE ACCOUNTABLE

Accountability is non-negotiable.

As leaders, we are accountable to the people we serve. That means every policy, every decision, every vote should be measured by one simple question: does it protect and benefit our neighbors, or does it put our communities at risk?

That’s the type of leadership I’ll bring to Congress.

I’ve been transparent when it’s uncomfortable. I’ve stood my ground when honesty was under attack. I’ve spoken up even when my own party didn’t want to hear it. And I will always take responsibility for my choices, because that’s what public service requires.

If your representative only shows up for photo ops, you don’t have representation, you have theater.

I don’t do theater.
